Job Summary:

Zest Business Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team in an advanced practice role. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eye examinations, contact lens care, and other eyecare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough eye examinations, including OCT scans, to diagnose and treat various eye conditions.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each patient.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including contact lens fittings and aftercare.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and eyecare through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
  • IP qualified with a strong understanding of contact lens care and management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clinically focused with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
