Key Responsibilities
  • Consult, design, plan, and implement technical projects
  • Support the Sales and Presales teams with technical expertise to close sales opportunities and propose solutions to clients
  • Validate solutions at kick-off calls, configure rooms according to client specifications, program audio DSPs, and obtain client sign-off
  • Deploy AV meeting room spaces, including divisible spaces, enhanced audio, and visualising spaces to meet client requirements
  • Maintain industry-recognised technical relevance through diverse experiences, vendor certifications, training, relationships, and participation in industry events
  • Demonstrate exceptional skills in time-management, planning, and communication consistently

Requirements
  • Hands-on AV field experience
  • Strong commitment to delivering beyond expectations
  • Experience in deployment of AV meeting room spaces, including Teams/Webex and the wider ecosystem of AV installations
  • Thorough understanding of Networking protocols and troubleshooting
  • Thorough understanding of visualising a space and translating that into a premium AV area/room, considering lighting, acoustics, elevation to meet client requirements
  • Appspace and Room Booking systems knowledge/digital signage
  • Yealink Microsoft Solutions Tech and Sales Professional
