As a vital member of the Systems Integrated Delivery Team (IDT), you will oversee the execution of assigned projects within the Systems programme, contributing to the broader project delivery framework at KBS Maritime Ltd.


Reporting directly to the Systems Programme Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the management of projects from initial scope through to completion and final handover.

The projects may be organized into smaller segments or traditionally executed through a Main Contractor, varying in complexity and financial scope.


With a comprehensive view of the overall project timeline, including the design timeline, you will engage positively with clients, users, and the wider KBS team, which includes (but is not limited to) design management, safety, health and environment (SHE), commercial aspects, and supply chain management.

A demonstrated history of successfully delivering projects, particularly in building services, along with experience in the complete project lifecycle is essential.

Additionally, familiarity with building regulations, British Standards, JSPs (desirable), and other relevant industry standards and legislation is expected.


Experience in schedule and risk management will be advantageous, as well as exceptional organizational skills and proven stakeholder management abilities to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of key projects.

Ideally, you will possess at least an ONC/OND in project management or a related field, or hold a professional qualification in engineering or construction.

With a strong collaborative spirit, you will demonstrate decision-making and negotiation skills that positively influence your projects.

You will also exhibit robust planning capabilities, ensuring clear operational measures and active listening skills to effectively drive your projects forward within established timelines and budgets.
