Recruit Central is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians to become part of our dynamic team. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of qualifications, from Level 2 technicians (earning up to £31.5k) to Master Technicians (earning up to £45k).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues related to engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to detect potential issues and suggest effective solutions.
- Utilize both hand tools and power tools efficiently to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Automotive Service Technician or in a comparable position.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for automotive repairs.
- In-depth mechanical understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
