Quality Assurance Auditor

Full-time, Permanent Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team at BBF Limited, a leading ambient cake and chilled dessert manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured comply with quality, safety, and legality standards, as well as maintaining the factory's compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor quality and GMP standards throughout the bakery, working with production to resolve any quality issues.
  • Conduct daily factory QA checks, including accurate paperwork completion, traceability, process controls, sieve checks, weight controls, quality standards, temperature controls, metal detection, knife control, raw material tracking, and GMP.
  • Arrange collection and microbiological testing of all products, environmental swabs, and water samples, as per the prescribed schedule.
  • Assist operations in fault finding to improve quality, cost optimization, and promote a continuous improvement culture.
  • Manage the site pest control contractors, ensuring that any recommendations made by the contractor are carried out and monitored.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of HACCP, BRC, and other quality/food safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
