Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Mechanical Fitter to join our client's team in the FMCG industry. As a skilled mechanical fitter, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of mechanical equipment, including conveyors, trays, trunking, and cabling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of mechanical equipment, including conveyors, trays, trunking, and cabling
- Working closely with Electrical Installation Engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to chip in with any electrical work where necessary
Requirements:
- Highly experienced in engineering within the FMCG industry
- Previous site work experience, with a strong understanding of UK-wide operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly driven individual with a strong focus on meeting customer needs
Benefits:
- Outside IR35 – Limited company contractors
- Up to 70 hours per week on site
- Day shifts working Monday to Friday with overtime available
