ROLE OVERVIEW
We are in search of a skilled Photographer + Content Manager to take charge of creative output across all platforms. This role is pivotal in transforming the brand's visual identity into engaging, social-first content. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Creative and Brand Manager, showcasing exceptional skills in photography, videography, and graphic design tailored for social media and marketing campaigns.
KEY DUTIES
- Oversee the entire content creation process, from planning to execution.
- Develop content specifically designed for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Drive the implementation of the social creative strategy to achieve follower engagement and departmental objectives.
- Formulate, share, and execute a comprehensive content strategy and calendar across social media, email, web, and blogs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative to ensure all produced content aligns seamlessly with the brand's vision.
- Manage the social media calendar in sync with the brand's product and marketing schedules.
- Quickly design and execute social-first assets by channel, including video, short-form reels, and user-generated content.
- Coordinate asset delivery, including retouching and production requirements for personal projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets in the appropriate formats.
- Publish daily content across all social media platforms.
- Analyze social performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement, adjusting creative production as needed.
CAMPAIGN ASSETS
- Lead the comprehensive process for all shoots, including e-commerce, campaigns, and content, covering mood boarding, talent selection, negotiations, post-production edits, and rollout planning.
- Create assets for both digital and traditional execution, including online banners and interactive ad formats, as well as paid and organic social campaigns.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will possess a visually-driven and creative background, outstanding organizational and project management capabilities, and proven experience in the luxury or fashion industry, effectively bringing their vision to life through photography, graphic design, and digital media.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-performing brand photography role.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media, graphic design, and content creation.
- Expertise in image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
- Comprehensive design experience across all social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and current trends.
- Creative, collaborative, positive, and proactive mindset.
