About the Role

The home-based supervising social worker will supervise a complex caseload in South London using therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support. You will be mostly home-based with occasional visits to the office.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a caseload of foster carers and children looked after in South East London and Kent
  • Use therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support
  • Work closely with the fostering agency to provide high-quality services
  • Attend the office once a month for team meetings and training
Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with experience working with children looked after and foster carers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in a home-based setting
