This position entails close collaboration with the Head of Business Planning at Amex GBT Egencia. You will be instrumental in developing our annual and quarterly strategies, performing strategic evaluations, and ensuring our teams are aligned with priorities and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside leadership to establish annual goals and key performance indicators
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative assessments to aid in business planning
- Collaborate with various teams to prioritize objectives and initiatives
- Ensure coherence between business strategies and financial projections
- Develop and enhance governance for business planning
- Oversee the annual planning schedule and associated logistics
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage interdependencies across workstreams
- Identify avenues for improving process efficiency
- Communicate business priorities and performance updates effectively
- Support leadership in performance management initiatives
- Formulate and implement communication strategies
- Monitor performance indicators across financial, operational, and strategic dimensions
Qualifications:
