Position: Physical Education Instructor

Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic Physical Education Instructor to become part of a lively primary school environment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to contribute to the overall development of students through physical education.

Role Overview:

As a Physical Education Instructor, you will play a crucial role in inspiring students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, encouraging them to embrace an active lifestyle and appreciate the importance of physical fitness. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing engaging and inclusive physical education lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Motivating students to enhance their physical abilities, self-confidence, and collaborative skills.
  • Coordinating and facilitating sports clubs, internal competitions, and external events.
  • Working closely with fellow educators to incorporate physical education into the wider curriculum.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to aid their growth.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of or working towards a qualification in Physical Education or a related discipline.
  • Experience in working with children in educational or athletic contexts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to create engaging and progressive physical education sessions.
  • Dedication to fostering the well-being and positive development of students.
