Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prospect and qualify new business leads, developing and presenting proposals to secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a target-driven industry, preferably within a consultative or technical background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Field Sales Environment.

- Competitive basic salary, with uncapped commission and bonuses, offering a realistic OTE of £60k+.
