An exciting opportunity has emerged to become part of a highly reputable facilities management organization, known for its exceptional standing in the sector.

We are seeking candidates with a robust background in commercial gas, experienced in handling various equipment including boilers, air handling units (AHUs), pumps, and motors.

The selected engineer will oversee multiple sites along the South Coast, fostering strong relationships while executing both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

Industry-leading training will be provided, along with excellent opportunities for career advancement within the organization.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Work on boilers, AHUs, water booster systems, and ventilation systems
  • Perform inspections, fault diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Participate in on-call duties (1 in 4, to be discussed during the interview)
  • Work 45 hours per week

Requirements:
  • Essential: Commercial gas tickets
  • Preferable: F Gas ticket
  • Full UK Driving License
