About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Band 3 Administrator to join our Mental Health and Wellness Team in Havering. As an integral part of our team, you will provide a high-quality administrative service, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks and duties within the team.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and patients.
  • Manage internal administrative processes, including email management, typing, and editing of letters.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and patients.
