IT Infrastructure Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage software and hardware projects to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Run various projects, including deploying and automating updates to in-house software, MDM management, Intune management, Office 365 administration, migration to Azure, and upgrade to Windows 11.
* Lead on all Cyber Security management and remediation, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
* Manage patching of hardware, operating systems, and software to prevent vulnerabilities.
* Supervise the IT Technician(s) and oversee the helpdesk as necessary.
* Act as a third-line point of escalation to the IT helpdesk and cover 1st/2nd line as required.
* Contribute to the IT strategy and work with colleagues to derive and write specifications for additions and alterations to bespoke software and systems.
**Requirements:**
* Generalist IT infrastructure skills, including Microsoft Server and Client (10+), Clustered Microsoft Hyper-V, and proven capability managing networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
* Project Management skills and ability to drive projects forward.
* Driving license, car, and willingness to travel to UK sites as required.
* Good planning and time-management skills and effective communication with colleagues across the business.
