Job Title: Grill Chef

About the Role:

H&C Solutions is seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our team at a new restaurant launch in the heart of the city. As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our menu standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the grill section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary package of £13 to £15 per hour.
  • A 40-hour contract with overtime paid hourly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience managing the grill section in a professional kitchen.
  • Experience with Mexican cuisine is highly desirable.
  • A consistent and verifiable work history.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
