Job Summary:

GlobalTech Recruitment is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to help implement and integrate a new cloud-based CRM solution, utilizing Azure tools and working on MS Dynamics and other CRM technologies used in the not-for-profit sector, specifically fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement seamless integrations between CRM solution and the existing systems using Azure Services, i.e. Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus
  • Create data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory for batch integration
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between systems
  • Create and preside over detailed documentation of low-level integration designs, processes, and interface contracts

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge to design, develop, and maintain complex integrations
  • Ability to produce integration designs in line with the wider enterprise and solution architecture designs, patterns, and principles
  • Proven experience as an Integration Engineer having worked on enterprise-level solutions and integration
  • Experience with Raisers Edge, BlackBaud CRM, and MS Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft services such as:
  • Azure Logic Apps & Azure Functions
  • Azure API Management & Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Power Platform Power Automate
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services
  • Knowledge of API security standards and Azure Active Directory integration
  • Proficiency in C#,.NET, or other modern programming languages
  • Experience of DevOps including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies
