Lead Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to join our team at Lynx Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 Architects while maintaining a hands-on approach to a 60/40 ratio split.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong Solution/Business Architecture background who has progressed to Enterprise Architecture level. You will be working with senior stakeholders and have the ability to lead teams, ideally architects or Solution Designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Architects and maintain a hands-on approach
  • Work with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and implement architecture solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong Solution/Business Architecture background with experience in Enterprise Architecture
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in architecture or Solution Design
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
