We are a dynamic and supportive practice located in central Basingstoke, serving a diverse population of nearly 28,000 patients. Our team of 9 GP Partners, 7 Salaried GPs, and 11 nurses/HCAs work together to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a 6-session Salaried GP to join our team from December onwards, with a view to becoming a GP Partner in the future. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including 15-minute appointments and home visits
- Contribute to the development of our practice, including participating in fair share duty sessions and list holding
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, HCAs, and Allied Health Professionals
- Participate in our in-house education programme and mentorship
- Contribute to the achievement of our QOF and IIF targets
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salaried GP who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working in large multi-disciplinary teams
- Registration on the GMC register
- General Practice specialist training
- Desirable: Specialised GP training in additional fields (Mental Health, Diabetes, Respiratory etc)
We are a training practice with a strong focus on education and development. We have a stable workforce, a supportive environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. We use EMIS web, Docman, and ICE, and are a member practice of the Mosaic PCN.
