Renewable Energy Sales Consultant
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in promoting our comprehensive range of renewable energy products. Previous experience in sales within a builder's merchant or a comparable setting is CRUCIAL.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing quotes for clients
- Engaging with customers both in person and via phone
- Delivering exceptional customer service and informed product recommendations
- Adopting a proactive stance in enhancing product sales, seizing every chance to boost sales.
- Utilizing a customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage a portfolio of over 50 clients
- Developing new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Conducting upselling and gap analysis for current clients
- Executing cold calls
- Qualifying leads
- Following up on quotes
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with a positive outlook
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy products is essential
- Prior sales experience in a builder's merchant environment or similar is mandatory
- Proven sales expertise is critical for this position
- Confidence in customer interactions
- Ability to foster excellent customer relationships
- Good telephone etiquette, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer usage.
