We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in managing costs and ensuring the successful delivery of our building and civil engineering projects.

• Prepare and manage tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Conduct cost analysis and risk management to ensure value for money
• Manage project budgets and track costs to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Advise on procurement strategy to optimize project outcomes
• Conduct valuations and project cost assessments to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and within budget
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports to inform project decisions

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proven experience in construction or maintenance services
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000)
• Every second Friday off during winter
