Job Title: Test Rig Civil Engineer

Ubique Systems is seeking a skilled Test Rig Civil Engineer to support our civil demonstrator test programme. As a key member of our team, you will work under the guidance of a test lead to ensure the successful delivery of work packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Apply your expertise in civil engineering, particularly in concrete and pre-cast concrete, to support the test programme.
  2. Conduct test programmes to validate or verify data, including scaled tests or sub-element testing.
  3. Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure important information is recorded and shared.
  4. Provide technical support to stakeholders during governance reviews to showcase the design/test's maturity.
  5. Support the specification of work packages, including requirements definition, concept design, analysis, and testing specification.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in civil engineering or a relevant technical degree level.
  • Membership in a professional body at the CEng level or above, or demonstrable progress towards achieving this rank.
