Role Overview
As a Dining Experience Host, you will serve as the welcoming face of our venue, engaging and entertaining our guests to ensure they feel valued and appreciated. Your enthusiasm for customer service will be essential in crafting a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will embody the role of a true host, dedicated to fostering a lively and inviting atmosphere that surpasses our guests' expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction and performing your duties in a way that guarantees an outstanding experience for all guests.
- Staying informed about current promotions and offerings to assist customers in maximizing their visit.
- Actively providing a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring that you only present items you take pride in.
- Being aware of daily and weekly objectives and contributing positively towards achieving them.
- Exhibiting a warm and enthusiastic demeanor, responding positively to all customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Restocking supplies to ensure that customers have continuous access to products.
Required Qualifications
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Proven experience in a hospitality environment.
- (Preferred) Background in a diverse role within the industry.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the broader team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptable to change and open to new working methods.
- Availability to work shifts at various times, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Information
The role will involve a combination of weekend and weekday shifts, primarily during evening hours.
