About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Multiverse, supporting the South Europe market for SentinelOne. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to develop and execute field marketing activities, drive business opportunities, and increase brand presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, tracking, and following up on Field Marketing campaigns.
  • Research and develop new and creative campaign initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns and projects are on track for completion.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Marketing Manager, including lead uploads, shipping to events, and collateral management.
  • Manage the SEUR Marketing Calendar.
  • Support event logistics and onsite event management for third-party and SentinelOne-owned events.
  • Work on translation projects, website, collaterals, and campaigns.
  • Help build digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, and/or Italian.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to support multiple projects at once.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • An understanding of event and campaign management.
  • A mature and positive approach to work.
  • A valid passport and/or ability to travel within Europe.
