We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our team at Reed Legal. As a Fee-Sharing Consultant Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work independently while benefiting from the support and resources of our firm.

This role is ideal for legal professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build their own practice. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients, attracting your own clients and increasing your caseload, managing your own caseload, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of complex legal matters.
  • Attract and retain your own clients, increasing your caseload and revenue.
  • Manage your own caseload, including drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives, helping to grow our firm's reputation and client base.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters.
  • Possession of a client following, with a strong ability to attract and retain clients.
  • Business acumen and a client-focused approach, with a strong understanding of the legal market and industry trends.
