Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A Christian faith and commitment to upholding our Christian ethos.
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
