Research Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Research and Innovation team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical research conducted within the Trust, in accordance with regulatory requirements and Trust policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and Trust policies.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure the quality and integrity of clinical research.
- Provide training and support to research staff on quality management and compliance.
- Collaborate with research teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality management documentation, including policies, procedures, and forms.
- Provide input into the development of the audit strategy and quality assurance function.
- Support preparation for and facilitating external audits carried out by Sponsors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance in a clinical research setting.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
