Job Title: Head of Network Infrastructure

Freightliner Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our network infrastructure team. As Head of Network Infrastructure, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail freight network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the network infrastructure team to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve network efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of network operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and expansion of our rail freight services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the rail freight industry.
  • Strong knowledge of rail freight operations, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
