The Advocate Group is excited to assist in the recruitment of a passionate and driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to enhance their exceptional sales team in South West England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the Grocery/Retail sector, including major retailers.
  • Implement direct market activation strategies effectively.
  • Oversee promotional activities within the market.
  • Provide training and support to distributor partner staff.
  • Manage the distribution and organization of point-of-sale materials.
  • Identify and onboard new independent retailers as per defined criteria.
  • Ensure stock distribution aligns with outlet requirements.
  • Deliver point-of-sale materials and merchandising to both existing and new stockists as directed.
  • Assist the designated distributor with promotional initiatives as agreed.
  • Relay valuable market insights to distributors.
  • Complete activity reports punctually and submit as instructed.
  • Document all activities in accordance with company policy.
