About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our technical team at Krome Technologies Ltd. As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Assist with third-line escalations and resolve technical issues
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure positive communication flow
  • Mentor junior team members on technical and process matters
  • Deploy and configure various technologies, including Microsoft Product Set, TCP/IP networking, and virtualisation
  • Lead migration projects and ensure smooth transitions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including PCI Compliance and ISO27001
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing
Requirements
  • Good background in a generalist 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer/Consulting role
  • Experience as a client-facing SME proposing technical solutions
  • Solid experience with and ability to deploy/configure Microsoft Product Set, TCP/IP networking, and virtualisation
  • Strong documentation skills, including PCI Compliance and ISO27001
  • Great communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English
  • Personable, with ability to build rapport with multiple teams of IT technicians
  • Punctual and thorough worker, with astute attention to detail
