IT Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Leader to oversee all aspects of technology operations, projects, and innovation across several sites for PSD Group, a luxury hospitality and leisure brand. As an IT Director, you will lead a small team, implementing and maintaining technology platforms, ensuring security, and optimizing customer experience. You will need to ensure that systems are robust and support the broader business, delivering excellent service by the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT strategy and innovation to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Implement and maintain technology platforms, ensuring security and optimal performance.
• Oversee a small team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success.
• Develop and maintain robust infrastructure, transitioning services to the Cloud.
• Ensure system and data security, adhering to industry standards.
• Collaborate with the business to set a clear and innovative IT strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven IT leadership experience in a consumer-focused business.
• Experience with POS platforms and customer systems such as CRM, loyalty, membership, mobile apps, or similar.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of delivering a robust infrastructure and transitioning services to the Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders.
