Job Title: General Manager

We are recruiting a General Manager to lead our team in a premium hospitality business.

About the Role

The General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a demanding complex operation with rooms. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of quality food and drink, with an eye for detail.

The General Manager will be a strategic thinker with a proven record of business development within a branded context. They will be diligent about ensuring that brand standards and routine procedures are followed.

The successful candidate will be well-presented with a strong business acumen and an analytical approach to problem-solving. They will be able to commit to working closely with Operations management in developing the business and its team to their full potential.

The General Manager will be determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests. They will be a great host who gets a buzz from making people's day.

  • Able to lead and inspire a team within a demanding complex operation with rooms
  • An expert with a comprehensive knowledge of quality food and drink, with an eye for detail

  • Well-presented with a strong business acumen and an analytical approach to problem-solving
