Position: Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant

Renault Retail Group UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant to enhance our dynamic sales team. This role is based in a thriving automotive retail environment, focusing on the sale of pre-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers during initial consultations to understand their needs.
  • Conduct informative presentations of vehicles at the dealership.
  • Facilitate test drives to provide customers with firsthand experience.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, addressing any inquiries.
  • Manage payment collection and ensure a smooth vehicle release process.
  • Explain warranty options and service/maintenance plans to customers.
  • Promote additional products and financing solutions.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features effectively to enhance customer understanding.
  • Conduct thorough and professional vehicle handovers.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent personal presentation skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A proven track record in vehicle sales, particularly with main dealerships, is preferred. However, candidates with experience in car supermarkets will also be considered. A valid UK Driver's license is mandatory.

Working Hours:

This position requires a commitment of 5 days per week, including weekends on a rota basis. Specific hours include:

  • Weekdays: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Sundays: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Employees will enjoy one regular weekday off during weeks with weekend shifts and one full weekend off each month.
