About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our client's innovative and independent chain of veterinary clinics. As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional veterinary care to pets and their owners, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for animal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care to pets and their owners, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinic team to provide a client-centric, fear-free environment that offers unlimited consultations and reasonable pricing to make quality pet care accessible.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements

  • Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a valid license to practice in the UK.
  • Minimum of 2-years post-qualification experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Passion for delivering high standards of clinical care and customer service, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
