Lead Product Strategist - Logistics Insurance Solutions

The Logistics Insurance Solutions team plays a crucial role within the Last Mile Delivery and Technology division, focusing on the design, launch, and management of innovative insurance product strategies tailored for third-party delivery partners worldwide, addressing a variety of operational scenarios.

As a Lead Product Strategist, you will take charge of overseeing and executing product advancements and feature enhancements across insurance offerings in key regions, including Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East and North Africa. By collaborating with fellow product leaders, you will develop a comprehensive vision, create a strategic roadmap, and engage closely with partner teams to deliver exceptional insurance solutions to our third-party delivery partners.

You will act as a subject matter authority, translating complex insurance distribution and pricing models for executive leadership, while ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders with your product strategy. Furthermore, you will establish and implement performance metrics to regularly assess the effectiveness of insurance products, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.

With frequent visibility to senior and executive leadership, you will adeptly communicate your strategic roadmap to ensure cohesive alignment with leadership and partner teams.

At Logistics Insurance Solutions, our core mission is to develop and refine essential insurance programs for Amazon's global last mile and middle mile logistics networks. These initiatives are designed to protect and bolster the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners collaborating with Amazon, improving delivery speed, adaptability, and reliability for our clientele.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Comprehensive experience in end-to-end product delivery
  • Background in feature delivery and product trade-offs
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Proven track record in managing technology products
  • Familiarity with product cycles lasting 6 months or more
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders
