About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Programming & Partnerships Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving visits to Rowallane Garden, creating memorable moments, and developing reasons for visitors to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a programme of events and activities for our visitors, focusing on core, seasonal, and national programming.
  • Build and maintain local partnerships to support the growth of our visitor experience.
  • Work closely with the Visitor Operations & Experience Manager to lead visitor experience, programming, and support for the Belfast portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development of unique stories and experiences that exceed visitors' expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the consistent quality of our visitor offer.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for creating and delivering unique experiences, connecting people and places, and working with communities. You will be a skilled communicator, able to build strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
