Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at North Oak Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of financial services, including Letters Of Authority (LOA) and new business applications.
- Prepare appointment packs, valuations, and other administrative documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, letter writing, and telephoning providers.
- Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial services organization, with a working knowledge of regulations and compliance.
- Excellent administrative skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer-facing interactions, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Well-presented, self-motivated, and organized, with a good work ethic.
- Able to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to evolve as working practices change.
