Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of financial services, including Letters Of Authority (LOA) and new business applications.
  • Prepare appointment packs, valuations, and other administrative documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, letter writing, and telephoning providers.
  • Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a financial services organization, with a working knowledge of regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer-facing interactions, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Well-presented, self-motivated, and organized, with a good work ethic.
  • Able to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to evolve as working practices change.
