About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Maritime Consultant to join our team at Executive Integrity | B Corp™. As a leader in the marine and consents sector, our client is a unique, award-winning organization that specializes in shipping, navigation, and maritime risk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading UK Port Marine Safety Code services, including external audits, formal risk assessments, and Designated Person services.
  • Developing Marine Safety Management Systems.
  • Leading the technical aspects of Navigation Risk Assessments by:
    • Interpreting maritime vessel traffic data to characterize shipping traffic and extract key metrics.
    • Contributing to tender submissions and supporting wider business development activities.
    • Managing projects to ensure quality, time, and costs are managed effectively.
  • At least 5 years' professional experience in maritime consultancy, regulatory, or port environment.
  • Science, engineering, geography, or risk/mathematics background.
  • Maritime domain background.
  • Excellent computer literacy and competency with MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent report writing, English language, and oral communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Port Marine Safety Code.
  • Experience in coordinating or undertaking marine technical reports and navigation risk assessments.
  • Industry presence and network.
  • Experience in managing projects and coordinating tasks.
