Employment Options Coordinator

Role Overview:

As an Employment Options Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their career goals and aspirations. Your leadership will guide a team of Employability Coaches and Follow On Employability Coaches, ensuring the effective delivery of our supported internship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with the National Employment Options Manager to enhance coaching and management practices.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that inspires staff and promotes high-quality support services.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in the supported internship programs.
  • Implement best practices and maintain the highest standards of support for interns and graduates.
  • Conduct site visits to programs as needed, balancing remote work with on-site responsibilities.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including potential evening and weekend commitments.
