Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accountancy team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and guidance to the Income Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system.
- Overseeing the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes.
- Providing support to the Financial Controllers on the monthly income reconciliations, communicating to a high standard around any outstanding issues.
- Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income.
- Own the Gift Aid processing, ensuring the returns are accurate, up-to-date, and processed in line with the latest guidance.
- Provide support and assistance to the finance team as required.
- Work with internal stakeholders in particular CRM, Digital, and Fundraising to build a strong communications channel.
Requirements
- A successful applicant will be available on short notice and have experience with the above.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
Salary: £37,000
Part-time hours considered
Hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office)
