We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd, working closely with a Local Authority in Lincoln. The successful candidate will be appointed on a 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension at the client's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality legal and administrative advice and services to the County Council and external customers.
  • Support the County Council's Monitoring Officer in discharging their duties and responsibilities.
  • Offer legal advice to members and senior officers of the Council, partners, and other clients.
  • Carry a workload of complex and high-profile matters, advising on public law and governance.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to work in the UK.
