Customer Service Administrator Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Jark PLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process new orders by phone and email in a timely and efficient manner
* Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Take card payments and maintain accurate records
* Follow up on sales leads and new customer enquiries
* Maintain accurate records and deal with customer service issues as required
* Chase late deliveries and deal with any order discrepancies
* Liaise with the accounts department to rectify outstanding account queries
* Raise paperwork on returned items

**Requirements**

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in using computer software and systems

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary up to £24,000
* Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm office hours
