Are you dedicated to overseeing and enhancing essential highway infrastructure? At Connect Plus Services, we partner with industry experts to manage the operation and upkeep of major roadways. As a Senior Pavement Engineer, you will be instrumental in formulating asset management strategies, guiding junior engineers, and contributing to the strategic planning of pavement initiatives.

Role Objectives:

  • Formulate and execute asset management strategies
  • Guide and mentor junior engineering staff
  • Contribute to network planning and asset management frameworks
  • Assist in the creation of a comprehensive Asset Management System
  • Identify and prioritize maintenance and enhancement projects
  • Oversee technical inspections and assessments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of pavement assets
  • Support engineering teams and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Conduct inspections and reviews of asset strategies
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of pavement design standards and operational practices
  • Experience with Asset Management Systems and related tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
