Job Title: Home Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, to ensure our clients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide medication reminders and ensure clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and social outings, giving them the freedom and choice they deserve.
