Swimming Manager - Richmond upon Thames, London

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Manager to join our team at Sports Generation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons and programmes to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to clients of all ages and abilities.
  • Manage and coordinate swimming programmes, including lesson planning, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new swimming programmes and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified ASA/STA level 2, with a valid rescue test certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in swimming instruction and programme management.
