Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution, managing site operations, and leading site personnel.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects by effectively coordinating and managing site resources, including both directly employed staff and subcontractors.
  • Establishing compliant site setups, including the creation of proper compounds, welfare facilities, temporary works, and security protocols.
  • Delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality through empowering and guiding site teams.
  • Implementing Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) in accordance with company health and safety policies and monitoring compliance on a daily basis.

Candidate Profile:

This position is ideal for you if you possess:

  • Extensive experience in site supervision for high-value projects.
  • Experience in executing Energy Company Obligation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead site teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to engage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Experience managing projects under NEC and JCT contract frameworks.
