F&B Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Assistant to join our team at Elite Hotels. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with the service of food and beverages, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Be familiar with and understand the day's menus, including any special dietary requirements.
  • Lay up tables for the restaurant as directed and ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Correct handling, storage, and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Previous waiting experience is an advantage, but full training will be given to the right candidate.
  • Allergen awareness is essential in this role.
  • Additional support with Lounge Service on Weekends may be required.
