What You'll Do

  • Assist in crafting creative briefs by conducting thorough research and gathering relevant information.
  • Support the development of brand-aligned concepts and ideas to fulfill client requirements.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and social media managers to bring creative visions to life.
  • Work closely with Art Directors to conceptualize visuals based on project specifications, creating original designs or adapting existing ones for various platforms and media.
  • Develop a range of graphic design assets, including illustrations, image edits, and simple motion graphics (if required).
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Stay informed about current creative trends and share your insights with the team.

Performance & Growth

Your performance will be evaluated bi-annually by the Creative Director, focusing on:

  • The overall quality of creative assets as assessed through internal and external feedback.
