Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations.

Job Type:
This is a permanent role with potential for advancement for the right individual.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 4 PM and 10 AM until completion, with possible Saturday shifts during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Health and Safety protocols, ensuring compliance with driver regulations.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including the coordination of product deliveries to clients and the receipt of incoming materials, alongside handling invoices and documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports focusing on costs, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Create and manage staff schedules.
  • Perform additional office and supervisory tasks as necessary.

Essential Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills are crucial for this position.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, including Microsoft Office and ERP software (e.g., Sage).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent planning capabilities.
  • Able to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Previous experience in stock management is required.
  • Prior experience in logistics is essential.
