About the Role

Taskmaster Resources LTD is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for a full-time, permanent position with our client based in Barnsley. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to join a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all relevant traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle records.
  • Deliver goods on time and in accordance with client specifications.

Requirements:

  • Valid Category C+E (Class 1) HGV/LGV entitlement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Class 1 driving experience.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card (Digi Card).
  • No more than 6 points on your license; DR, DD, IN or TT endorsements are NOT accepted.
  • Hold a full CPC.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £20.00 per hour.
  • Guaranteed 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime opportunities available at £20.00 per hour.

Moffett Licence Advantageous: While not essential, a Moffett licence would be advantageous as training can be provided on-site at a later date.
