Job Summary

Armstrong Logistics, a leading logistics company, is seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team in Lutterworth. As a key member of our Vehicle Support division, you will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of over 80 vehicles and 200 trailers to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine vehicle and trailer maintenance to meet DVSA standards
  • Preparing vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection
  • Performing vehicle diagnostics using specialized equipment
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and ensuring health and safety requirements are fulfilled
  • Ensuring all paperwork is finalized and inspections are uploaded electronically to R2C

Requirements

  • HGV Licence: Preferred but not essential
  • Possession of any Level 3/NVQ technician qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Valid driving license required
